To update the products in your subscription:
- Log in to prevagen.com/account
- Click Manage Subscriptions
- Select the subscription you want to update
- Add new products or remove items from your next shipment
- Save your changes
Tip: Be sure to make changes before your next order processes so your shipment reflects your updates.
When customers adjust their subscription items
Customers commonly add or remove items when:

Important note about where subscriptions are managed
Adding or removing items is only available for subscriptions purchased directly through prevagen.com.
If your Prevagen subscription was started through another retailer (such as Amazon or Walmart), product changes must be managed through that retailer’s account or customer service.
