You can log into your password less Prevagen account by following the following instructions:
- Go to prevagen.com/account/login
- Login with your mobile device via text, or select “Login with Email” at the bottom.
- Enter in your mobile phone number or email address.
- Click “Get Login Code”
- You will receive a text message (or email) with the one-time code.
- Type in that code and click “Submit Login Code”
- You will now be logged in and able to view your account.

- You will need to approve a Send edit payment link (in screen popup)
- You should then receive an email sent to your email on file.
- In the email is a secure link to go into your account to change your credit card information
- Enter your new card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address.
4️⃣ Save Changes 💾
- Tap Save or Update Payment Method.
- Look for a confirmation message that your info has been updated.
5️⃣ Verify ✅
- Check Subscriptions (if any) to ensure your new card is listed.
- Your new card will be used for upcoming charges.
