Purchasing qualifying products on prevagen.com allows members to earn points that can be redeemed for a collection of rewards.

Upon joining Prevagen Rewards, points are earned by purchasing qualifying Prevagen products and completing available tasks on prevagen.com. See your Prevagen Rewards bar or the Prevagen Rewards page to learn more about how to earn points.

No, membership in the program is free.

Qualifying purchases made after August 9th, 2022 on Prevagen.com earn reward points. Prevagen purchases made outside of Prevagen.com do not qualify for reward points. See full Terms and Conditions.

Yes, if you redeem your points for a Reward, you must use that Reward within 180 days. See full Terms and Conditions.

The Reward values are redeemable at $3, $5, $10, and $20 Rewards on your next prevagen.com purchase.
