Will I Be Charged Without Knowing? How Prevagen Subscribe & Save Billing Works?
No. You will not be charged unexpectedly. Prevagen sends reminders before each shipment, and you can review or change your order before it ships.
How billing works
- You choose how often your product is delivered
- You receive an email reminder before each shipment
- Your card is charged only when an order ships
If you need to:
- Skip a shipment
- Change your delivery date
- Cancel entirely
You can do so before the order is processed inside your account portal.
