How to Skip, Pause, or Change a Prevagen Subscribe & Save Delivery?
You can skip, pause, or reschedule your Prevagen Subscribe & Save delivery at any time through your online account or with customer support.
Subscribe & Save is meant to adjust to your needs. If your schedule changes or you already have enough product, you can make updates easily.
Your delivery options
- Skip: Miss one shipment if you have extra product
- Pause: Temporarily stop deliveries
- Reschedule: Change your next delivery date
There is no limit to how often you can make changes.
Common reasons customers make changes
- Traveling or vacation
- Hospital stays or recovery
- Already having enough product
All of these situations are normal—and easy to manage.
