Prevagen uses a secure, passwordless login system to make accessing your account simple and safe. Instead of creating a password, you’ll receive a one-time login code by text message or email.

How to log in to your Prevagen account

To access your account:

1. Go to prevagen.com/account/login
   
2. Choose how you’d like to log in:
   Log in with your mobile device via text, or
   Select “Login with Email” at the bottom
   
3. Enter your mobile phone number or email address
   
4. Click Get Login Code
   
5. Check your text message or email for your one-time login code
   
6. Enter the code and click Submit Login Code
   

You will now be logged in and able to view your account, manage subscriptions, and update your information.

If you have a subscription but haven’t logged in before

Look for an account activation email from Prevagen. If you don’t see it, customer support can help you get access.
