What Happens to Prevagen Rewards If You Cancel or Return an Order?
Customers often ask how cancellations or returns affect rewards.
Order Cancellations
If an order is canceled, rewards earned from that purchase may be adjusted or removed.
Returns and Rewards
If you return your product and seek a refund, you will be credited back your rewards points that were spent on that purchase. Please wait for 7-10 business days to see refunded rewards.
