The holiday season brings with it plenty of joy, fun, and excitement, but all the hustle and bustle can leave you feeling worn out when it’s all over. Whether you’ve been attending lots of events, shopped ‘til you dropped, or hosting big family dinners, it’s easy to feel higher levels of stress.
If you’re having a tough time unwinding, we’ve put together some great ways to decompress and destress, giving your body and brain some much-needed relaxation.
Looking at a screen all the time and the stress of social media – even seeing everyone else’s holiday photos and comparing them to what you did – doesn’t help when you need to unwind. Stop checking your messages all day and unplug from technology for a bit. When you’re not constantly seeing the updates of hundreds of other people’s lives, you’ll get the chance to relax.
