Each month, Sweepstakes entrants will enter for a chance to win a six (6) month supply (consisting of 6, 30-count bottles) of Prevagen Extra Strength Capsules dietary supplement (approximate retail value of $359) (“Prize”). A total of eleven (11) Prizes will be awarded during 2025, one Prize per Entry Period for a Total Approximate Retail Value of $3,949. The chances of winning a Prize will depend on the number of qualifying Entries received during that month’s Entry Period. Monthly winners will be selected on or about the 7th day of the month following the month of entry. Limit 1 entry per person per month. No transfer, assignment, cash redemption or substitution of any Prize is permitted.
