Each month, Sweepstakes entrants will enter for a chance to win a six (6) month supply (consisting of 6, 30-count bottles) of Prevagen Regular Strength orange flavor chewables (approximate retail value of $239) (“Prize”). A total of six (6) Prizes will be awarded during 2026, one Prize per Entry Period for a Total Approximate Retail Value of $1,198. The chances of winning a Prize will depend on the number of qualifying Entries received during that month’s Entry Period. Monthly winners will be selected on or about November 20 following the month of entry. Limit 1 entry per person per month.
