Prevagen Referral Program Terms & Conditions

The Prevagen Referral Program (“Program”) is offered by Quincy Bioscience (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Program, which allows consumers (each, a “Referrer”) to share Prevagen offers with their friends and family members (each, a “Referred Friend”). By participating in the Program, Referrers and Referred Friends agree to be bound by these Terms, as may be modified from time to time. Your continued participation in the Program after any modifications confirms your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Your use of and purchases of products at prevagen.com are also subject to the website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

The Program is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who (a) are at least 18 years old, and (b) have an active, valid email address. Eligibility determinations are final and made in our sole discretion.

For each Referred Friend who claims a $10 discount code and applies it to a purchase at prevagen.com, the Referrer will receive one $10 discount code that the Referrer can apply to a purchase at prevagen.com, subject to the limitations described below. Within 24 hours after a successful purchase by a Referred Friend using the referral discount code, the Referrer will receive a $10 discount code via email. Any discounts earned must be redeemed in 30 days, and any discounts earned that are not redeemed within 30 days after receiving discounts will automatically expire and may not be reinstated or recovered.

The Referred Friend and Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). A discount code cannot be applied to previous purchases, may not be combined with any other discount, offer or coupon, has no cash value, and is not redeemable for cash. Discount codes are non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, shared or gifted to others.

Any abuse of this offer, as determined by us, may result in the rescission of the Referee’s discount code and the Referred Friend’s discount code, as well as both parties' inability to participate in this or future promotions.
This Program is subject to modification or termination at any time without notice, in our sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.

Our rights and obligations hereunder may be transferred or assigned to a subsequent owner or operator of the company, as in a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of all or a portion of our assets. Furthermore, personal information collected on prevagen.com and in connection with the Program may be transferred or disclosed if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of all or a portion of our assets.

If a court of competent jurisdiction determines any provision of these Terms to be unenforceable, such provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to give the intended effect thereof, and the remainder of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
Any failure to act by us with respect to a violation of these Terms does not waive our right to act with respect to that violation or subsequent or similar violations.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the federal and state laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be adjudicated in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin or a federal court of competent jurisdiction in the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
