Hi, I'm Eileen. I live in Vancouver, Washington, and I write mystery novels. I spent 30 years working for local government. Oh, about six years ago, I retired and started writing full time. I have a 37-year-old son who is a science teacher for middle schools.
Dogs have been such an important part of my life. They keep me going. I have two dogs. I have Flynn and a new puppy. Flynn is an amazing dog and as a therapy dog, he has helped so many people.
Every day we get up, we hike anywhere from 3 to 5 miles. Then it's coming home and hit the computer, write for several hours, or do research. The afternoon is exercising up stairs.
As I was writing, I found that I just wasn't as sharp when I was keeping track of all of my clues, my characters, their traits, and I knew I needed to do something about it.
I saw the Prevagen commercials and thought, I have nothing to lose. I'm going to go for it and try it. So I started taking Prevagen. I realized that I was much more clear, much sharper. The dogs keep me physically active and Prevagen keeps my brain working right.
