Chicken Salad Wrap
- 2 pieces cooked boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Chopped tomatoes
- Chopped green peppers
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ cup fat free Greek yogurt
- 2 multigrain wraps
Shred the cooked chicken with a fork and set aside.
In a bowl, mix in your Greek yogurt, dill, chopped tomatoes, chopped green peppers, and lemon juice.
Add the shredded chicken to the bowl, and stir.
Fill a multigrain wrap with about half of the chicken mix.
Refrigerate leftovers, or share with a friend. Enjoy!
