Ingredients:
- 1 slice whole grain bread
- ½ avocado
- 2 tbsp hummus
- Pinch flax seeds (optional)
Directions:
Toast the slice of bread. Spread the hummus on and top with avocado. Sprinkle with flax seeds, if desired.
