If you are unsatisfied with Prevagen for any reason, please contact Customer Service by email or call 888-565-5385. We will provide you with return instructions and information on how to receive credit for the purchase price of Prevagen.

By enrolling in our "Subscribe and Save Program" your bottle of Prevagen will automatically be delivered to your shipping address once per month and your credit card charged the same low price plus applicable sales tax. Then about 23 days after your initial order, as a member of Subscribe and Save Program, you'll receive your monthly supply of Prevagen. If you cancel your membership within the first 22 days after your initial order, your card will not be charged again.
In your account you will be able to manage, update, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time. If you choose to leave the Subscribe and Save Program, simply call our customer service line at 877-977-3824 or log into your customer account. No minimum time commitment is required and your subscription will continue until you cancel. Customer Service hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday CST.
