How to check your next shipment
You have two ways to know when your next order will ship:
- Email notifications — You’ll receive an email 3 days before your order processes so you can make changes if needed.
- Online account — Log in to prevagen.com/account, go to Manage Subscriptions, and view upcoming shipments.
Tip: Checking your upcoming shipments online ensures you can make updates (skip, pause, reschedule, or address changes) before your next order processes.
Why customers check their next shipment
Many customers like to confirm their upcoming orders to:
- Avoid overlapping shipments
- Make changes if their schedule changes
- Plan for vacations, travel, or recovery
- Ensure they have enough product

Important note about third-party subscriptions
These shipment notifications only apply to subscriptions purchased directly through prevagen.com.
If your subscription is through Amazon, Walmart, or another retailer, you’ll need to check upcoming shipments through their respective accounts.
