How to change your next order date
To update the date of your next subscription order:
- Log in to prevagen.com/account
- Click Manage Subscriptions
- Select the subscription you want to update
- Pick a new Next Order Date and confirm
- Save your changes
Tip: Make sure to update your order date before your next order processes to ensure your shipment arrives when you want it.
When customers typically change their order date
Customers usually adjust their next order date for reasons such as:
- Travel or vacation
- Schedule changes
- Already having enough product
- Temporary delays in use
These are normal, and updates are easy to manage.
Important note about where subscriptions are managed
Date changes can only be made for subscriptions purchased directly through prevagen.com.
If your subscription was started through another retailer (such as Amazon or Walmart), changes must be made through that retailer’s account or customer service.
