Many customers expect rewards to automatically apply to their next order or subscription. Prevagen Rewards require manual selection at checkout when placing a new order. Ongoing subscription orders can automatically have rewards applied to their next order.
Why Rewards Are Not Auto-Applied
Manual application allows customers to:
- Choose the timing of reward use
- Combine rewards with eligible offers
- Decide whether to save rewards for a future purchase
If you turned on the auto-apply feature for your upcoming subscription orders, and it’s still not working. This may be due to an issue with your rewards balance. Reach out to our customer care team to have this fixed.
