- Log in using the email address used for purchases
- Avoid multiple accounts when possible (multiple different email addresses or mobile phone numbers)
Checkout Troubleshooting
If rewards don’t appear at checkout:
- Confirm you’re logged in
- Refresh the checkout page
- Try a different browser or device
