Where to Find Your Prevagen Rewards

Prevagen Rewards are tied to your Prevagen.com account.

To view them:

• Log in at Prevagen.com/account using the email address used for your purchase
• Open your account dashboard
• Click on Subscriptions & Rewards
• Scroll down and find “Prevagen Rewards” and here is your balance

Rewards will not appear if you are logged out, checked out as a guest, or using a different email address.

How to Apply Prevagen Rewards at Checkout

Prevagen Rewards must be applied manually during checkout if you are placing a new order.

Steps:

1. Log in at Prevagen.com/account using the email address used for your purchase
2. Shop for any product and add product(s) to your cart
3. Proceed to checkout while logged in
4. Select the option to apply available rewards before completing your order

If rewards are available and eligible, the option will appear automatically.

How to Auto-Apply Prevagen Rewards to Upcoming Subscription Orders

You may turn on Prevagen Rewards to be automatically applied to upcoming orders.

Steps:

1. Log in at Prevagen.com/account using the email address used for your purchase
2. Click on Subscriptions & Rewards
3. Scroll down and find “Prevagen Rewards”
4. Turn on “Auto-apply to my next order”

If rewards are available and eligible, you may turn this feature on, and all upcoming orders will automatically apply your available rewards balance to your order.

Why Rewards May Not Apply

Rewards may not apply if:

• You are not logged into your account
• Rewards are pending or expired
• The order does not meet eligibility requirements
