Hi, my name is Cherrie. I’m 76 and I live on the Oregon coast.
My husband, Sam, is 78. We’ve been married 53 years. I have two daughters and then two granddaughters.
We love to walk on the beach. It just allows us to relax and think of other things that are bigger than ourselves.
Living on the Oregon coast, I love going for drives and I love exploring up and down some of the roads.
When I get up in the morning, after I do my exercise and eat something a little bit for breakfast, I hit the computer.
We have a medical device company that deals with trauma. We’ve found something we really enjoy doing, and we can do together, we’ve always worked together. The good thing about the company is it’s kept us young. You know, working with people of all ages and all backgrounds, so you’ve got to be sharp.
Your brain is not the same as it was when you were in your thirties. Everything changes and ages, etcetera.
I noticed that thoughts and memories were not there like they were when I was much younger. That was just an issue and I didn’t know how to solve it. A friend gave me a bottle of Prevagen and said it had helped her. So I thought, ‘Well, why not try it?’.
I noticed since taking Prevagen my memory has gotten better, my thought processes have gotten better, and it’s like the puzzle pieces have all been put together.
You have to take responsibility for your own health. I wish I would have known about Prevagen a few years before. It’s worth a try.
