- 1 c. plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- ½ c. raspberries
- 1 tbsp. chopped walnuts
Whisk together yogurt and chia seeds. Layer the ingredients in a parfait cup or bowl. Eat up!
