Not necessary! Try making our amazing Blueberry Banana Breakfast Smoothie! Our secret ingredient? Chia seeds! Chia seeds are a good source of fiber, protein, omega-3 fatty acids, as well as antioxidants. Your brain and body will thank you!
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ banana
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup dairy or alternative milk
- 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
- Ice
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
