How to Make a Healthy Hot Cocoa

Cinnamon. Add a bit of extra warmth to your hot cocoa by topping it off with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Not only does this add a unique flavor to your hot cocoa, but there are also brain health benefits to cinnamon. There have been studies done that suggest even just smelling cinnamon, or chewing cinnamon flavored gum is enough to boost brain function. Plus, cinnamon is packed full of manganese, which is an antioxidant good for body and brain health.
