- 1 cup uncooked rolled or quick oats
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
Cooking Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- Place blueberries, peaches, lemon zest, and honey or agave nectar in a large bowl
- Sprinkle cornstarch over ingredients, and toss until coated
- Move ingredients to an ungreased pie pan or dish
- Mix flour, cinnamon, oats, butter, and brown sugar in a bowl
- Sprinkle flour mix over fruit in pie dish
- Bake for 40 minutes until the topping is golden brown
- Serve with frozen yogurt or ice cream
