- Walnuts. These nuts look like miniature brains for a reason! Walnuts are packed with omega-3 fatty acids – this is essential for brain health. In fact, a lack of omega-3 fatty acids has been shown to increase stress. Having a sufficient amount of omega-3 in your diet has not only been shown to support brain health, but also supports heart health and a stronger immune system.
